We source this product from a farm in the Cederberg mountain in the Western Cape.  Rooibos (/ˈrɔɪbɒs/ ROY-boss; Afrikaans: [rɔːibɔs]; Aspalathus linearis), meaning "red bush"; is a broom-like member of the plant family Fabaceae that grows in South Africa's fynbos.  The leaves are used to make a herbal tea that is called by the names: rooibos (especially in Southern Africa), bush tea, red tea, or redbush tea.

This honey which comes from an apiary of 120 hives is comprised of soetdoring, lusern and veld flowers of the Klein Karoo. Interesting fact about honey: Honey is one of the few foods that do not require a "sell by" date as it does not go off.
