RumKat Rum is crafted, aged and blended at the Grundheim family distillery.  Double matured, it rests in small American oak barrels and is rounded off in retoasted casks that formerly held dessert wine.  Only the best barrels are set aside for a perfect blend, a mysterious spirit for the free at heart. Taste mellowed wood with notes of vanilla, cinnamon and citrus, all finely balanced on a gently sweet backdrop of fine molasses.
